Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No, but should you want to track the status of an order, it will be necessary to create an account first.

How do I place an order?

When you see an item you like, click on "Add to Cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "Your Cart" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click "checkout" to finish.

What payment methods do you accept?

Boomerang accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Will I be charged tax?

There is no tax on clothing, hats, shoes, and belts in the state of Vermont. Jewelry and bags are taxed at 6%.

How soon will my order ship, what shipping method do you use, and how much will I be charged for shipping?

Most orders ship within 24 hours of being received. All orders within the U.S. will be sent USPS First Class. Shipping rates for the United States and Canada are as follows:

  • All orders from $0 - $75.00; add $6.50
  • All orders from $75.00 - 150.00; add $9.50
  • All orders from $150.00 - 225.00; add $11.50
  • Orders $225.00 and over - Free shipping
  • Canadian orders - $12.50 Flat Rate

Do you ship outside the U.S. and Canada?

Yes, we've shipped all over the world. Overseas orders will be sent USPS First Class Mail International. However, please note that all customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

How will I know that my order was accepted?

After you click Send Order an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address which you entered on your order form.

Can I add or remove items from my order once it is submitted?

Once it has been submitted, we are no longer able to modify your order.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you contact us before the order has been processed for shipping, we will refund your total less a 10% restocking charge. We will not accept an order cancellation after an order has been processed for shipping.

How do I check my order status?

Customers can only check their order status if they have created an account. You can check the status of you order by clicking on "Your Account" in the navigation bar at the left of the screen. Sign in to access your account by entering your email and password. Then, click on "Order History." For orders withing the United States, you can expect to receive your package in approximately two to four business days from the date the package shipped.
